The organization founder –Antony Kimanu Mumbi noted that many of these teachers who have been rendered jobless due to covid-19 pandemic and who mostly not on TSC payroll are at verge of suffering due to lack of basic commodities such as food and finances to sustain their families.

Speaking at Kirwara, Gatura, Kihumbu-ini and Ithanga zones where donation was taking place, Mr.Mumbi noted with great concern that a number of teachers have been employed by schools boards for more than decade appealing the government through Teachers’ employing body Tsc to absorb these teachers so that they enjoy their teaching profession.

Samuel Thuku Mwaura is a physically challenged teacher who teaches  at Gakunyu primary school special unit and he has been there for the last one decade and half and he has never been employed by the government calling upon the government to consider them.
