Kakamega Senetor Cleophas Malala has said he will not be intimidated to change his stand on third generation revenue sharing bill.

Senetor Malala who addressed the press from the window of his house has said state machinery are being used to make him bow and change his stand on revenue sharing.

Malala says who has locked himself in his house and defied the director of criminal investigations(Dci) officers call to get out of his house says the move to arrest him without giving a reason is meant to coward him.

Malala says over 20 armed officers came knocking his house at 3am but declined to introduce themselves.

The Senetor says he knew something was amiss as his security was immediately recalled.

He says the officers only identified themselves as Dci officers but declined to show any identity saying they are acting on orders from above.

The Senetor further says the officers disconnected electricity and water at his private residence and caused troumor to his family.

Namibated No Godfrey Otsosi said deep state machinery are intimidating Independent legislature to force them to toe the government line.

Angry Otsosi termed the action as barbaric and uthless to a person of senator Malaka calibre.
